At the close of the nomination period, we received one nomination for the single open Director seat. Because there is only one available seat and one nominee, the nominee will be elected by default unless an additional nomination is made from the floor at the Annual Meeting. Should that occur, the election will be held during the meeting.
The Board of Directors would also like to take a moment to highlight several accomplishments from the past year.
New Management Company: The community moved from Colby Property Management to PS Management, achieving a monthly savings of $366. Management fees decreased from $1,845 per month to $1,479 per month.
Landscaping: A new contract was successfully negotiated, reducing costs from $69,641.43 to $64,158.91 and generating approximately $5,500 in savings.
Trash Bins: Agreed to new language around the storage of trash, recycle and compost bins.
Park Improvements: Added pickleball striping to the basketball court to expand recreational amenities.
Community Improvements: Added 8 new Pet Waste Stations throughout community
