All owners should receive a voting link via email from ElectionBuddy.com. Each home is entitled to one vote, and voting is limited to current owners only. Tenants are not eligible to vote.
The voting period will close on March 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM, and the results will be tabulated in advance of the 6:00 PM meeting that evening.

Reason for Running: Enhancement of HOA communications and transparency, while helping foster a community spirit.
Your Goals/Objectives for the Association: Enhance communication by pushing for faster, more modern ways to share community updates and respond to feedback such as a dedicated messaging channel for real-time updates. Fair and consistent enforcement of lawn and exterior rules.
