As of today, March 12, we have received one nomination form and no proxy forms via email. If you submitted your forms through USPS, please allow additional time for delivery.
To ensure everyone has adequate time to participate in the election, the nomination period will remain open through the weekend and will close at 5:00 PM on Sunday. Please submit nomination forms by email or via USPS using the instructions provided on the form. The voting period will now open at 12:00 PM on March 16, 2026.
Proxy forms must be received no later than the day of the meeting in order to be counted. If you are mailing your proxy via USPS, please allow extra time for delivery. If we do not meet our required 44 owners in attendance in person, by proxy, or by absentee vote, we will again be unable to open the meeting and conduct Association business.

The Association will be holding its 2026 Annual Meeting on March 24th, 2026, at 6:00PM via Microsoft Teams. This is the second attempt to hold the Annual Meeting, as we were recently unable to meet the quorum requirements for conducting business. For this reason, we’ve combined the 2026 Annual Meeting and the 1st Quarter Meeting together due to time constraints. The 1st Quarter Meeting will be called to order immediately after the Annual Meeting. The complete meeting link can be found at the bottom of this notice. The combined meeting agendas and relevant documents were previously emailed and sent via USPS, and can also be found in the PS Portal under the Community Information > Meeting Agendas folder.
Quorum
Annual Meeting: To open the meeting, we must establish a quorum of 10% of the total ownership, or 44 owners. Owners may be counted by attending virtually through the meeting link below, submitting a proxy to PS Management, or casting a ballot vote. Your participation through any of these methods will help ensure we can conduct business as scheduled. Open Board Meeting: A majority of the Board of Directors in attendance constitutes a quorum needed to conduct business.
Nomination Period The nomination period begins today, March 6th, 2026, and will close on March 11th, 2026 at 5:00PM. If you would like to be considered for the open position, please complete the attached forms and return them to PS Management before the deadline found at the bottom of each page.
Voting Period The voting period begins March 13th, 2026, at 8:00AM, and will close on March 23rd, 2026, at 5:00PM. Each owner will receive an email from ElectionBuddy.com with a unique link to cast their vote for the one (1) open Director seat. The voting is only open to current owners- tenants are not allowed to participate in the Association election process.
Election Results The election results will be announced during the 2026 Annual Meeting and will also be available as a matter of record in the 2026 Annual Meeting Minutes.
